• Install and use the module on one production WHMCS installation
• Install on development/staging environments for testing
• Receive updates and support as outlined in your license

2.2 Restrictions

• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense our modules
• You may not reverse engineer or decompile our software
• You may not remove copyright notices or branding
• You may not use modules for illegal purposes

3. Payment and Billing

Payment is required before license activation. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed on our website.

4. Updates and Support

Active licenses include free updates and technical support. Support is provided via email and ticketing system during business hours. Emergency support may be available for enterprise customers.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Our modules are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

WHMCSPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WHMCSPilot harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our modules and services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
